蔓越莓牛奶吐司
蔓越莓牛奶吐司是用我极喜爱的中种法,做出的吐司成品组织漂亮。口感有点劲道,加上蔓越莓的酸甜味,好吃又有益!

  • 高粉300克
  • 蔓越莓干60克
  • 牛奶120克
  • 鸡蛋50克
  • 2克
  • 酵母4克
  • 50克

Steps to make 蔓越莓牛奶吐司

  • 1. 把中材料放在面包机里,高筋粉120克,酵母4克,牛奶100克
  • 2.发酵2.5倍大,看上去有点像蜂窝状
  • 3. 转动面包机让中种材料排出气体,停下后再加其他主材料(黄油、蔓越莓除外)
  • 4.面团材料拌均匀后加入黄油,拌至出手膜
  • 5.面团发酵2.5倍大后撒用酒泡过的蔓越莓
  • 6. 蔓越莓拌进面团后静置30分钟
  • 7.把面团分成3等份
  • 8.取一面团擀成大圆片状
  • 9.对叠
  • 10.再 擀长
  • 11.卷起
  • 12.面坯排放在吐司模内
  • 13.发酵至9分满,涂上表面蛋液
  • 14.放在180度的烤箱内
  • 15.烤40分钟左右
  • 16.出炉晾凉即可食用
