为什么不试试?这是妈妈生前常对我说的话。每当我把听到的方法、小窍门说给妈妈听,猜测是真是假的时候,妈妈总是会说一句:为什么不试试?受此影响,在我身上,完全继承了警察妈妈凡事求证的习惯。自从了解了翻糖蛋糕,便被这种花团锦簇的款式吸引了,脑子里一下子就闪过了这一句:为什么不试试?于是,这个念头就在心里长了草,可这个总得是找机会做吧,否则吃不完啊,这不机会真让我找到了,邻居小姑娘有个聚会,人家本来是问我杯子蛋糕的事儿,我极力的推荐自己要送人家一个大蛋糕,哈哈,我这算不算神经病呢?

Steps to make 翻糖玫瑰花蛋糕

  • 1.准备所需物品(时间紧任务重,前面蛋糕部分忽略,从翻糖玫瑰的制作开始记录)
  • 2.用模具刻出花样,分割成小份
  • 3.用撵按的手法按出玫瑰花瓣,我忘记买了做花用的垫子,就直接用手指按的
  • 4.最好是来回扭动一下手指,让花瓣更像一点
  • 5.卷个面团做花心部分
  • 6.按大小把花瓣一片一片粘在一起
  • 7.还做了另外一个颜色的
  • 8.粘好的一朵朵花要耐心等待风干
  • 9.把翻糖膏切成长条状,用来装饰蛋糕连接处,我用的是月饼模具,哈哈,我是不是太能对付了
  • 10.把长条装饰在蛋糕体的连接处
  • 11.把做好的玫瑰花组装粘贴在蛋糕上
  • 12.来一张成品图留念
