Steps to make 牛排

  • 1.市场购买新鲜牛肉切片
  • 2.牛排锤带钉的一面敲打牛排,让牛排在腌制中更好的入味
  • 3.味极鲜酱油+生姜+料酒 腌制牛排二十分钟
  • 4.锅里水烧开加一点盐,意面放下去煮10分钟,放入西兰花煮2~4分钟,全部捞出过滤冷水备用
  • 5.起锅烧油,牛排下锅小火慢煎
  • 6.牛排+意面+千禧果+西兰花+黑胡椒汁,黑胡椒汁以前我自己调,这次是直接买的罐装
