免烤青柠芝士蛋糕
天气炎热,来一份清凉爽口的青柠芝士蛋糕,真是太惬意了。

  • 黄油35克
  • 奶油奶酪250克
  • 淡奶油150克
  • 细砂糖50克
  • 青柠汁30克
  • 吉利丁1.5片
  • 青柠屑半个

Steps to make 免烤青柠芝士蛋糕

  • 1.青柠用盐搓洗表面后,洗净,擦干水分。
  • 2.用柠檬到刮下柠檬皮,然后切碎末,柠檬挤汁备用。
  • 3.消化饼干装入食品袋中,用擀面杖擀成碎末。
  • 4.黄油隔水融化。这时可以将吉利丁用冰水浸泡。
  • 5.将饼干末加入到黄油中,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.将搅拌好的饼干屑装入到慕斯模中,用勺子压实,放入冰箱冷藏15分钟左右。
  • 7.奶油奶酪软化后,隔温水搅散。
  • 8.加入青柠汁和30克细砂糖搅打至顺滑。
  • 9.吉利丁用冰水泡软后,隔水融化。
  • 10.将吉利丁液倒入到奶油奶酪糊中,搅拌均匀。
  • 11.加入青柠屑拌匀。
  • 12.淡奶油加入20克细砂糖打发至8分发。
  • 13.将淡奶油加入发哦奶酪糊中,搅拌均匀。
  • 14.将搅拌好的芝士糊倒入慕斯模中,轻震几下使表面平整,盖保鲜膜,放冰箱冷藏2个小时左右。
  • 15.吃之前在蛋糕上面撒些青柠屑即可。
