煎饼花卷
其实我不喜欢吃煎饼,没嫁给我老公以前,都不知道煎饼啥样子。
这嫁给他以后每次回老家,别人或者老公姐姐,都会给几包煎饼。
可能因为我每次回去都给他们袋海鲜,再咋说我不喜欢吃这个,也没用。
我很郁闷呀,给我三两个水果也比这个好呀,至少没有我不喜欢吃的水果。
这包煎饼还是别人给的,我不喜欢吃,放冰箱都干巴了,扔了吧不舍得,那是我一箱子海鲜换的呀。
放温水泡软了做面食吧,为了好吃,做葱油花卷啦。

  • 2.放温水泡软。
  • 3.放酵母拌匀。
  • 4.放面粉。
  • 5.揉成面团。
  • 6.放温暖处发酵好。
  • 7.取出来,放干面粉,揉光排气。
  • 8.擀成饼。
  • 9.葱叶洗净切末。
  • 10.放食盐。
  • 11.放熟油,搅拌均匀。
  • 12.均匀铺在面饼上。
  • 13.卷起来,切段。
  • 14.做花卷。
  • 15.放蒸笼里二次发酵。
  • 16.二次发酵好,大火烧开,中火蒸25分钟,焖5分钟。
  • 17.真好的花卷。
  • 18.成品。
