Steps to make 流心湯圓南瓜饅頭

  • 1.南瓜蒸熟壓泥,放涼后加入酵母粉和糖。
  • 2.把南瓜泥和酵母粉攪拌均勻,這時候把湯圓解凍(湯圓一定要解凍才能有流沙的感覺)。
  • 3.把面粉放入南瓜泥中揉成面團。
  • 4.揉合成團后蓋上保鮮紙醒發20分鐘。
  • 5.醒發完后再揉揉排氣,把大面團切4份小團。
  • 6.取一小團擀圓片,再包上一顆湯圓,然後收口再稍為揉圓一些。
  • 7.4個做好了放上蒸鍋,再醒發5-10分鐘(視屋內溫度)后冷水上鍋,蒸15分鐘關火燜3分鐘即可。
