Steps to make 鲜河鱼炖丝瓜汤

  • 1.新鲜河鱼两条,一条是甜鱼一条是赤眼鱼。处理干净后,将鱼的表面和鱼肚抹上盐,腌制30分钟。
  • 2.丝瓜一条,有一斤重。
  • 3.丝瓜削皮,切成滚刀块。
  • 4.配料:姜丝、枸杞子。
  • 5.将鱼放入热油锅煎。
  • 6.煎至两面表皮金黄。
  • 7.丝瓜、枸杞、姜丝放入砂锅。
  • 8.加入适量的开水,煮至沸腾。
  • 9.放入煎好的鱼。
  • 10.炆火慢熬至奶白色,加点鸡精调味就可以了,因开始腌鱼时放够了盐,汤汁里就不需要再放盐了。
  • 11.成品。汤汁呈奶白色,鱼肉嫩,汤鲜且清甜。
