一直以来都喜欢去超市买徐福记凤梨酥来吃,那天在美食天下看到芹意的台式凤梨酥就去做,真的很好吃哦。

  • 菠萝600克
  • 黄油150克
  • 低粉300克
  • 冰糖150克
  • 黑糖50克
  • 麦芽糖100克
  • 糖粉50克
  • 冬瓜100克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 2克
  • 牛奶20克
  • 奶粉25克
  • 鲜柠檬汁1个
  • 小苏打1克

Steps to make 台式凤梨酥

  • 1.菠萝肉切粒,冬瓜去皮切粒,
  • 2.放入搅拌机打成果酱然后加入冰糖,黑糖,盐,麦芽糖,大火熬至略粘稠
  • 3.转至小火边煮边搅拌至成馅全干不流动状态就可以了
  • 4.黄油软化加入糖粉
  • 5.分次加入蛋液和牛奶打至膨松顺滑
  • 6.加入低粉
  • 7.下手抓捏和成均匀面团
  • 8.面团20克,果肉15克收囗朝上放入模具并轻轻压平
  • 9.模具刷上一层油放在烤盘上备用,放入模具压平烤25分钟
  • 10.成品,开吃
