    • 1.1.将草莓清洗干净,放盐水浸泡片刻;
    • 2.2.去蒂后再冲洗干净,沥干水分;
    • 3.3.用白砂糖腌制一小时左右;
    • 4.4.用叉子按压草莓,成小颗粒状,草莓会出水;
    • 5.5.草莓连同汁水一起入锅,煮沸后调中小火慢慢熬,根据自己的口味倒入适量的麦芽糖,如果有柠檬就加半个柠檬汁;
    • 6.6.中小火继续慢慢熬,其间需要用勺子不时的搅拌以免糊锅,直至酱汁颜色变深、粘稠,即可关火晾凉,装入开水消毒过的器皿,加盖入冰箱冷藏随时取食。
