  • 黄油80g
  • 全蛋液20g
  • 糖粉30g

Steps to make 心想事“橙”| 一口爆汁香橙曲奇

  • 1.准备材料,用盐和水把橙子外皮搓洗干净备用。
  • 2.黄油切小块,室温软化,加入糖粉。
  • 3.用电动打蛋器,搅打至颜色发白,呈羽毛状。
  • 4.加入蛋液继续搅打。
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉,加入杏仁粉。
  • 6.橙子皮用擦丝器刨成屑,放在盆里。
  • 7.用刮刀搅拌均匀。
  • 8.上下铺油纸,中间放拌好的曲奇面团,擀成3-4mm的厚片,送入烤箱冷冻半个小时。
  • 9.橙子切成薄片,用厨房纸吸干表面的水分。
  • 10.用比橙子片大一圈的切模切出圆形。
  • 11.烤盘上铺油纸,切好的曲奇饼均匀摆放在上面,把橙子片放上去。
  • 12.送入预热好的烤箱,160度烤20分钟。
  • 13.出炉晾凉,表面撒上防潮糖粉。
