Steps to make 五彩蛋包饭

  • 1.准备好所需要的材料
  • 2.把胡萝卜、火腿、西兰花、葱花切大小差不多的小丁备用,一个鸡蛋打散
  • 3.热锅热油把鸡蛋液倒入锅中煎至金黄盛起
  • 4..锅中留余油,放胡萝卜丁煸软,再放西兰花和火腿丁炒均
  • 5.倒入剩米饭受热炒散
  • 6.再加入煎好的鸡蛋炒均
  • 7.放盐和葱花提味炒均,米饭就炒好了
  • 8.把另一个鸡蛋加少许盐打散
  • 9.取平底锅抹一点油,倒入鸡蛋液待凝固时在一端放上适量米饭
  • 10..把另一边鸡蛋皮对折成型
  • 11.依次做好放入盘中
  • 12.放入盘中,在上面挤上蕃茄酱即可
