【豆豉香菇酱】(舍得放料才好吃)
超市现在的酱料是五花八门,海鲜酱、豆豉酱、香菇酱、牛肉酱等等等等,但是好吃的酱料比如牛肉酱或者香菇酱一小瓶都要是好几块钱呢,而且吃上去还不放心的说,没办法现在的东西太不卫生了。于是自己啄么着做一做。我做的说是豆豉香菇酱但是绝对比卖的豆豉酱或者香菇酱好吃的多了,简直就是【米饭馒头】杀手啊

  • 香菇50g
  • 虾皮100g
  • 黄花40g
  • 花生25g
  • 芝麻25g
  • 一头
  • 洋葱一个

Steps to make 【豆豉香菇酱】(舍得放料才好吃)

  • 1.泡发好香菇和黄花切碎备用。
  • 2.豆豉切碎
  • 3.洋葱和大蒜切碎备用。
  • 4.锅中不放油芝麻和花生炒香备用。
  • 5.锅中不放油豆豉炒香备用。
  • 6.锅中不放油黄花和香菇炒到发干。
  • 7.锅中倒油大概半斤吧。
  • 8.油温4成热时,下入洋葱和大蒜煸香。
  • 9.依次倒入豆豉和香菇黄花中火翻炒3分钟。
  • 10.这时加入辣椒粉一大勺,五香粉半勺,糖三大勺,翻炒均匀。
  • 11.再下入虾皮翻炒。
  • 12.出锅前倒入炒好的芝麻花生和鸡精提味。
