简易辣白菜
那一天忘了看的是哪位朋友的美食博文,是教如何自制冷面的,赶紧准备材料,就剩这辣白菜了,今天终于买了一颗大白菜,这个季节的白菜真的不太好啊,凑活着做吧,谁叫我馋呢。

Steps to make 简易辣白菜

  • 1.准备好原料,这颗白菜大概两斤多点,辣酱超市就有的卖,一盒450克,10元,一盒能做这个量的三次,还有一种红盒子的,也可以啊,不过比较贵些。
  • 2.我喜欢把白菜切碎,这样好拌,吃时也方便,不用再用剪刀剪了,也可以把白菜切两半来做,不过抹酱时不太容易啊。白菜切碎后放点盐拌匀腌制6小时,我放了20克盐,不用怕,最后还要冲水的,不会太咸的。
  • 3.6小时后一大盆白菜就变成这点了。
  • 4.反复用清水冲洗,把盐分尽量的洗掉,然后脱水,我用的是蔬菜脱水机,没有的可以用手挤,但记得不要挤得太干啊,太干最后的成品没有泡菜汁,炒五花肉就不好吃了。
  • 5.舀三大勺辣酱放里面,辣酱的量可以调控的,想辣点就多放,反之少放。
  • 6.带上一次性手套,抓拌。这时就看出切碎的好处了,一只手就搞定了。
  • 7.拌匀后直接放到保鲜盒里,用手压一下,表面平整。
  • 8.加上盖子,放入冰箱一周后再吃味道更地道,腌好就吃也很好吃啊。
