虾仁火腿披萨
第一次做披萨,家里也没披萨酱,就用番茄酱代替了;没有披萨草,就不放了。做的时候一直心里没底的,怕自己做不好。

披萨饼叉了小孔之后,要先烘烤几分钟再抹番茄酱的,结果居然先抹了番茄酱,抹到一半,才想起来,赶紧又把酱弄下来,烘烤了6分钟。

一切材料铺好之后,放入烤箱,不一会儿,洋葱和马苏里拉的香气就飘出来了!嗯!就是这个味儿!呵呵~~~披萨出炉的时候,心里异常兴奋哦~~终于也能自己在家做披萨了!

唯一不美的就是,边缘的面饼有些咸,下次要再少放点盐,我估计是我的厨房秤不太精确!9"的披萨,马苏里拉放了100克,拉丝还行吧,再多一点拉丝会更好!但是,为了家人的健康,还是适可而止吧!

  • 酵母8克
  • 温水100ml
  • 融化黄油20克
  • 糖粉16克
  • 7克
  • 蛋黄1个
  • 马苏里拉奶酪100克

Steps to make 虾仁火腿披萨

  • 1.面饼材料
  • 2.面粉,酵母,糖粉,盐、蛋黄混合,慢慢加入温水,搅成絮状,再加入融化的黄油,揉成光滑面团。
  • 3.揉至面团出筋。
  • 4.发酵至两倍大
  • 5.排气,盖保鲜膜松弛20分钟左右。
  • 6.披萨盘抹油
  • 7.醒好的面团擀成圆饼,放入抹过油的披萨盘内,从中间慢慢往四周推, 形成边缘厚中间薄的饼,用叉子叉出小孔。
  • 8.烤箱预热,200度,放入饼皮烤6--7分钟,至边缘微黄,
  • 9.取出刷一层番茄酱,撒上洋葱粒。
  • 10.撒三分之一的马苏里拉,
  • 11.再依次铺上火腿、香肠、豌豆粒,
  • 12.再撒一层马苏里拉;
  • 13.最后摆上虾仁,撒上豌豆粒,
  • 14.撒上剩余三分之一的马苏里拉。
  • 15.烤箱预热,200度,中层,上下火,烘烤15分钟左右即可。
