  • 1.准备一斤活虾,用盐水浸泡十分钟。
  • 2.从虾的第三节挑去虾线,剪去胡子和虾脚。
  • 3.洗净大虾,准备葱蒜,大蒜切末,生姜切片备用。
  • 4.准备一小碗,把蒜末放进去,加海鲜酱油和香油一起调个料汁。
  • 5.起锅烧油,爆香生姜片。
  • 6.把爆香的姜片加开水烧开。
  • 7.把虾放进去,加一勺料酒煮熟,捞出晾凉备用。
  • 8.摆盘。
  • 9.配上料汁就可以开吃啦。
