大红豆粽子

  • 新鲜棕叶1包
  • 细绳1卷

Steps to make 大红豆粽子

  • 1.糯米洗净用冷水浸泡4个小时以上,我一般泡一夜第二天包粽子。
  • 2.大红豆用冷水泡开之后放高压锅中压熟,拌入适量白糖。
  • 3.新鲜棕叶用清水清洗一下之后浸泡在水中,保持新鲜的色泽。
  • 4.将两片棕叶放在一起形成一片大叶子,卷成圆锥形。
  • 5.先往圆锥里放点米。
  • 6.再放入几粒煮好的大红豆。
  • 7.在添入米至圆锥边缘下1厘米处。
  • 8.把边缘都折起来,形成一个紧紧的粽子。
  • 9.用细绳捆好,放在砂锅中煮2个小时左右即可。注意粽子最好全部没入水中。
