Steps to make 杨枝甘露

  • 1.西柚切掉两头再对半切开,从边上划开就可以取下果肉,芒果切小丁备用。
  • 2.椰奶用吉利丁片制成布丁备用。
  • 3.各种材料备好。
  • 4.芒果丁加牛奶加适量白糖搅拌均匀。
  • 5.第一层放布丁,第二层放芒果丁,第三层铺上西柚粒,倒入打均的芒果汁,最后再加入牛奶。
  • 6.放入冰箱冷藏一小时后口感更佳。
