圣诞节糖霜饼干
虽然圣诞节是西方的节日,但这些年我们中国也特别兴过这节,圣诞节当然少不了圣诞老人和圣诞帽还有小礼物啦 ,习惯用美食来表达对节日来临,晒下专门为这节日做的圣诞饼干吧!

  • 黄油75g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 低筋面粉180g
  • 吉士粉10g
  • 糖粉200g(画表面装饰用)
  • 蛋清1个(画表面装饰用)

Steps to make 圣诞节糖霜饼干

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.黄油室温软化,加入白糖,糖粉搅拌均匀,加入鸡蛋打至奶白羽毛状
  • 3.加入过筛好的低筋面粉、吉士粉,混合均匀
  • 4.揉成面团
  • 5.将面团擀成面皮,按照自己喜欢的饼干模压出形状
  • 6.放入铺好油纸的烤盘里,烤箱150度预热
  • 7.放入预热好的烤箱烘烤,上下火150度,烤20分钟,表面呈金黄色即可
  • 8.过筛的糖粉加入鸡蛋清用打蛋器搅拌搅匀,如果觉得太稠,浓,可以用柠檬汁调整到如缎带般滑落的程度,取出适量加入需要的食用色素即可
  • 9.搅匀好后放入喜欢的色素
  • 10.调好的蛋白霜在饼干上充色即可
