辣椒鳍拉丝面包
面包几乎都是用糖做的。口味不变感觉,没啥吸引力在吃面包了。于是用花椒油和炸土豆片用的调料。试验下效果嘎嘎滴好。味道超级棒。创新是必须的,美味是不可缺少的。适合糖尿病人食用,不用放糖的面包。

  • 高筋粉400G
  • 5G
  • 酵母粉6G
  • 鸡蛋60G
  • 牛奶200ML
  • 花椒油40ML

Steps to make 辣椒鳍拉丝面包

  • 1.先放油
  • 2.牛奶要热一下 温度大约50度左右
  • 3.打一个鸡蛋 倒进来 放盐
  • 4.放牛奶搅拌
  • 5.放高筋粉 酵母粉放在面的上边 也可以掏几个窝放
  • 6.启动面包机程序 揉面 35分钟
  • 7.放进盆里隔热水 发酵 这样发酵的速度快大约 35分钟左右
  • 8.分成等份大小一样的面剂子
  • 9.辣椒鳍
  • 10.辣椒鳍味撒在案板上边搓边给麻花上劲
  • 11.摆放到烤盘里 放入烤箱
  • 12.烤箱程序发酵 50度 20分钟 用锡纸盖上 保持湿度发酵二倍大小即可
  • 13.预热200度 上下火 放中层 烤的时候180度即可 注意防止皮焦 可以放锡纸遮盖下
  • 14.烤10分钟左右 下火关闭 换到下层烤制(这样面包底不会糊) 大约12分钟 即可
