最简单的纸杯裱花蛋糕
也跟着美天烘焙之路学做裱花蛋糕,一直喜欢,总是感觉很难,迟迟未动手。借美天活动,督促自己学做一次。当然是最简单的,也是一款最容易操作的纸杯裱花蛋糕,没什么技术含量,没有任何添加剂,蛋糕里放了一点玫瑰酱,充满玫瑰香,一份美好的心情,真的很好吃。裱花用了小裱花嘴,装在裱花袋中,挤压上提花就出来了,极其的简单。感觉不及格,简单没创意,作为裱花新手也挺有成就感滴。多练习,熟能生巧,也许不久的将来会有所获,继续加油!

  • 牛奶40g
  • 白糖90g
  • 色拉油60g
  • 玉米淀粉8g
  • 鸡蛋5个
  • 淡奶油150g

Steps to make 最简单的纸杯裱花蛋糕

  • 1.备齐材料
  • 2.蛋清蛋黄分离
  • 3.蛋黄打散,加入白糖40g,牛奶40g,色拉油60g搅拌均匀
  • 4.筛入低粉和玉米粉
  • 5.搅拌均匀无颗粒状
  • 6.蛋清分三次加入剩余的白糖打发至干性发泡,筷子能立住就好了
  • 7.将三分之一蛋白霜加入到蛋黄糊中,切拌均匀
  • 8.然后将剩余的蛋白霜倒入蛋黄糊中,切拌成顺滑的蛋黄糊
  • 9.加入玫瑰酱,切拌均匀
  • 10.160度预热烤箱,将蛋糕糊分别倒入纸杯,8成满,由于鸡蛋大,蛋糕糊太多,用纸杯烤盘一次装不下,装满12杯之后,剩余的倒入6寸蛋糕模具中
  • 11.置烤箱中层,上下火烤38分钟
  • 12.烤好的蛋糕
  • 13.淡奶油150g,喜欢甜味的可以加细砂糖,我没加
  • 14.中高速打发至硬性发泡状态,分成5等分
  • 15.留一份白色的,其余4份分别加一滴食用色素,小号裱花嘴,打发的淡奶油装入裱花袋,在蛋糕体上挤压上提花就出来了,OK!
