来自面包机的那一抹清凉——西瓜面包
炎炎夏日,还要开动烤箱面包机,是不是觉得很煎熬?

西瓜面包造型别致,一眼看去清新凉爽的感觉扑面而来啊。吃到嘴里,口感绵软,抹茶清香,巧克力豆浓郁!虽然看起来一样,可是跟西瓜的味道真是有天壤之别啊。

Steps to make 来自面包机的那一抹清凉——西瓜面包

  • 1.将除黄油以外的所有面团原料放入面包桶,选择“和面”程序,搅拌至面团光滑
  • 2.加入黄油,继续和面至可拉出薄膜。
  • 3.将面团按比例分成50%,25%,25%的3份。将抹茶粉和水混匀后,加入一份25%的面团揉匀。将红曲粉和水混匀后,加入50%的面团揉匀
  • 4.基础发酵结束,取出面团,排出大气泡,滚圆后松弛15分钟
  • 5.松弛后的红色面团擀开,底边压薄
  • 6.翻面后均匀撒上巧克力豆
  • 7.自上而下卷起
  • 8.取白色面团擀开
  • 9.翻面后将红色面团放上,卷起。
  • 10.取绿色面团擀开
  • 11.翻面后将白色面团放上,卷起。
  • 12.放入面包桶整好形状,进行二次发酵,至面团用手轻按不会回弹且略有张力的程度。
  • 13.选择“烘烤”程序,45分钟。
