  • 1.食材准备葱姜蒜切两种。
  • 2.葱姜蒜。葱花。姜丝。蒜片
  • 3.葱姜蒜。葱段。蒜片。姜片
  • 4.鸡腿切块
  • 5.腌制鸡块。葱段。姜片。蒜片。料酒。酱油。盐。鸡精。十三香。二十分钟左右。
  • 6.水开以后焯一下干红辣椒段。
  • 7.取出。空干水分备用。
  • 8.腌制时间到。鸡块中加入水淀粉
  • 9.均匀搅拌
  • 10.油温五成热以上。入鸡块。
  • 11.炸至虎皮色。取出
  • 12.油开了二次炸制
  • 13.至外表金黄酥脆
  • 14.取炸鸡的油。下入辣椒段。炒制水分变少一些
  • 15.下入麻椒
  • 16.翻炒至辣椒段变酥。加入盐味糖
  • 17.加入葱姜蒜翻炒。放入鸡块
  • 18.加酱油提色。翻炒至红辣椒段基本酥脆了。即可盛p盘出锅
  • 19.自制辣子鸡。不比外面吃差
  • 20.我和小强晚饭。辣子鸡➕柿子炒鸡蛋。超赞的味道
