小时候每次午睡起来,奶奶就会端一碗刚做好的芝麻汤圆给我吃。那时候的芝麻是自己加石磨磨的,所以特别的香,而奶奶的手艺也是特别的好,做好的汤圆一点都不会粘牙,滑溜溜吃下去整个人都舒服了。

  • 1.成品
  • 2.黑芝麻花生汤圆 材料:新良糯米粉200克 水150克 馅料:天然之林黑芝麻酱 花生碎
  • 3. 首先将糯米粉倒入盆中将水倒入糯米粉中先揉出一小团
  • 4.然后放入烧开的水中煮开
  • 5.将煮过的这糯米团放入剩下的粉中继续揉成耳垂般柔软的面团为止
  • 6.取一小块在手中撑开包入碎花生
  • 7.加入黑芝麻酱(黑芝麻如果太稀可以放入冰箱冷藏后用)
  • 8.将汤圆一一都包好,搓圆
  • 9.烧开水将汤圆放入烧开,点一次水看汤圆浮起即可
