酸菜炖白肉粉条

Steps to make 酸菜炖白肉粉条

  • 1.红薯粉条提前泡软
  • 2.猪肉,最好用五花肉,洗净
  • 3.汤锅里加水,放肉块,煮开,去除血水
  • 4.焯水后的肉块放入压力锅,加入葱段、姜片、八角,加入没过肉块的水,压15分钟
  • 5.自家腌的东北酸菜,整颗冲洗一下
  • 6.切丝
  • 7.攥干水分备用
  • 8.锅里注油烧热,爆香葱姜、八角
  • 9.加入酸菜丝,翻炒几分钟
  • 10.加生抽,翻炒均匀,生抽不要多,否则颜色不好看
  • 11.加入之前烀肉的汤,汤不够就加水
  • 12.中小火炖二十分钟左右,加入泡软的粉条
  • 13.继续炖至粉条熟了,加盐调味
  • 14.压好的五花肉放凉后切薄片
  • 15.粉条炖熟时,加入五花肉片
  • 16.煮开即可
  • 17.粉条爽滑,菜酸脆,肉片香而不腻,酸菜汤也不容错过,特别好喝
