冬瓜皮薏仁汤
薏米可以当做粮食吃,煮粥、做汤。和冬瓜煮汤,既可佐餐食用,又能清暑利湿,一举两得。

薏仁又名薏苡仁、苡米、苡仁,是常用的中药.又是普遍、常吃的食物。早在神农尝百草时就发现了她,见她婀娜多娇的英姿,白圆如明珠的果实,微风吹拂中是那样姗姗可爱,神农氏就把她当成人了,因而动情地昵称她为"薏苡人"。性味甘淡微寒,有利水消肿、健脾去湿、舒筋除痹、清热排脓等功效,为常用的利水渗湿药。薏米可以去湿,下火,去痘。煲完汤后,汤渣也可以吃。

    Steps to make 冬瓜皮薏仁汤

    • 1.薏仁洗净后用清水浸泡隔夜 ;将冬瓜皮削皮待用。
    • 2.砂锅加入足量清水煮沸,下入沥水的薏仁米大火煮沸。
    • 3.转至小火煮至熟透,约20分钟左右。
    • 4.放入冬瓜皮,煮10分钟左右即可。
