凉拌松花蛋
松花蛋是以鸭蛋为主加工而成的,剥开蛋壳后胶冻状的蛋白中含有松针状的结晶和花纹,是我国食品加工方法的一种发明。松花蛋中氨基酸的含量比新鲜的鸭蛋高11倍。

   松花蛋有清肺泄热、涩肠止痢、醒脾解酒的功效。可促进食欲;降低血压;其碱性较大,可中和胃酸。

  • 白醋6茶匙
  • 香油少许

Steps to make 凉拌松花蛋

  • 1.青红椒切小块,姜、蒜切大小相仿的片。
  • 2.切好的辅料用白醋浸泡半小时。
  • 3.剥好松花蛋,每个切成4瓣(没用完的被我吃了),码放于盘中。
  • 4.将用白醋浸泡好的辅料拌匀,倒在松花蛋中间。
  • 5.四周用小香芹点缀,淋上几滴香油。
