辣子鸡块

  • 料酒30ml
  • 酱油1勺

Steps to make 辣子鸡块

  • 1.准备今天的香料。干辣椒切段,蒜切末,姜切片。
  • 2.准备鸡胸肉,鸡胸肉口感比较紧实,适合下酒的时候做零嘴,如果要配饭的话建议选用鸡腿肉~比较嫩
  • 3.鸡胸肉改刀切成小丁状。
  • 4.加入料酒,酱油醋,糖和盐进行腌制,放入姜条和蒜末入刑,抓匀腌制15分钟以上。
  • 5.锅中热油至六成熟,放入腌制好的鸡块,小火慢炸至金黄色。
  • 6.炸成这样即可。
  • 7.将炸鸡块的油倒入备用碗中,锅中留下少许准备炒辣子。先倒入姜片和蒜末煸炒,再倒入辣子和花椒炒出香味。
  • 8.倒入炸好的鸡丁翻炒均匀,加入少许盐和糖调味,撒上适量辣椒面即可。
  • 9.捞出摆盘,完成啦!超级香脆可口。
