Steps to make 草莓果酱

  • 1.新鲜草莓用淡盐水浸泡20分钟,沥水。
  • 2.草莓去蒂、切成块装入容器中。
  • 3.加入糖(冰糖最佳)。
  • 4.加一小勺盐(这样果酱的层味道次更丰富,比单一的糖要好吃太多)。
  • 5.轻轻抖匀,后盖上盖子,腌制2小时,或者直接放入冰箱冷藏腌制一晚上都可以,草莓会有大量水析出。
  • 6.开始加热了,先大火,待其沸起,转中小火,这个时候只需要观察其状态,偶尔翻搅一下。
  • 7.一个柠檬挤汁待用,这个千万别省,味道差太多了。
  • 8.把柠檬汁放进去,一直到小火加热,也时有果酱滴状溅出,此时水分已经差不多熬光了,接下去正常情况下就需要守着锅子不停搅呀搅,否则一定焦锅。
  • 9.但是如果有面包机,接下来的工作就可以让它来完成,把果酱倒入面包机桶中,盖上盖子,启用果酱功能。
  • 10.一个程序走完,妥妥的好了,虽然用锅熬的话时间会更短,但是你一刻不能停呀亲~~
  • 11.熬好的果酱质地浓稠,味道浓郁。
  • 12.装入瓶中,冷却后盖上盖子放冰箱冷藏保存。
