南瓜糯米羹

糯米又叫江米,是大米的一种,常用来包粽子或者熬粥。它可以温补脾胃,有御寒、滋补的功效,很适合秋季和冬季食用。

Steps to make 南瓜糯米羹

  • 1.糯米粉、粘米粉准备好
  • 2.70克糯米粉、50克粘米粉入盆中
  • 3.加入适量的清水,混合成湿润的米粉面团
  • 4.将面团揉成一个个小丸子,大小随意
  • 5.南瓜一块,去皮去籽
  • 6.切成小块
  • 7.与凉水同入煮锅中,大火煮开
  • 8.南瓜煮熟烂后,关火
  • 9.用手持料理棒直接在锅中将南瓜块打成南瓜糊
  • 10.打好的南瓜糊很浓稠,继续开火煮
  • 11.将事先揉好的糯米丸子倒入锅中,如果南瓜糊太浓稠,可适量加入一点开水,直到丸子煮熟
  • 12.煮好的南瓜糯米羹盛入碗中,根据口味浇上糖桂花
