白萝卜羊肉汤
羊肉的肉质细嫩,蛋白质含量较多,脂肪和胆固醇含量少,易于消化吸收。多吃羊肉有助于提高身体免疫力。
中医讲,羊肉性温热,有补气滋阴、开胃健力、补肾壮阳、养肝的作用,所以它适合体虚畏寒的人和老年人食用。羊肉中的维生素B1、B2、B6以及铁锌硒的含量颇为丰富,因此又特别适合孕妇食用。但因羊肉有壮阳的作用,小孩子的阳气已经很旺了,所以不宜过量食用。吃几块肉,喝一碗汤就足够了。有发热、牙疼、口舌生疮、肝病、急性肠炎或者其它感染性疾病的人应少食或不食羊肉,以免加重病情。
白萝卜性寒凉,具有下气、消食、除疾润肺、解毒生津、利尿通便的功效。把它和羊肉同入一菜,正好起到互补的作用。白萝卜羊肉清汤最好喝了。简单的姜片就可以煲出鲜美的汤来。像八角、桂皮、酱油等香料调料的,就最好不放了,以免加重火气,破坏羊肉本身的鲜味。

Steps to make 白萝卜羊肉汤

  • 1.羊腿肉准备好
  • 2.清洗干净后,切成2公分见方的小块
  • 3.入凉水锅中,大火煮开;同时在另一个灶眼上放砂锅煮水
  • 4.浮沫飘起来了,用筷子将羊肉夹起,在热水中涮掉沫子,放进水开的砂锅中
  • 5.全部的羊肉都放进了砂锅中,再放几片鲜姜,盖上盖子,小火慢煲
  • 6.大白萝卜刮掉外皮,清洗干净
  • 7.切成2公分见方的萝卜块
  • 8.大概煲一小时左右时,可夹起一块羊肉试尝尝成熟程度
  • 9.待羊肉能轻松咬动不塞牙时,将萝卜块入锅中同煮10分钟左右
  • 10.尝尝口感后加入适量的盐,关火
  • 11.清淡好喝
  • 12.原汁原味有营养
