  • 消化饼干150克
  • 黄油70克
  • 酸奶100克
  • 砂糖50克
  • 低筋面粉45克

Steps to make 芝士条

  • 1.150g消化饼干放入保鲜袋中用擀面杖擀碎擀细
  • 2.70g黄油微波炉融化后将消化饼干倒入其中拌匀
  • 3.倒入模具中用勺子认真压实!
  • 4.撒上葡萄干,放入冰箱备用
  • 5.250g奶油乳酪和50g砂糖一起隔水软化,搅匀
  • 6.分几次加入鸡蛋液,搅匀
  • 7.加入100g酸奶搅匀
  • 8.筛入45g低筋面粉,搅匀
  • 9.做好的面糊倒入刚才的模具里
  • 10.抹平。撒入少许椰蓉
  • 11.入烤箱,上下火,170度烤30分钟。取出凉凉后入冰箱冷藏
  • 12.3小时候取出脱模,切成适当大小食用
