Steps to make 生蚝炒蛋

  • 1.准备好食材:如图所示(生蚝用面粉抓匀清水多冲洗几次就干净了)。
  • 2.香菜,葱改刀切碎放在大碗面。
  • 3.将土鸡蛋打入大碗面,加入胡椒粉,盐生粉。
  • 4.小汤锅中水烧开,放入生蚝烫约一分钟,捞出来沥水备用。
  • 5.将烫好的生蚝放入大碗面,然后搅拌均匀。
  • 6.热锅放油,油要稍微多一点,倒入混合好的蛋液。
  • 7.差不多一分钟左右翻另一面。
  • 8.再继续一分钟左右翻炒一下下即可,喜欢干香点多煎一会儿。
