Steps to make 广式豆沙月饼

  • 1.将糖浆和碱水搅拌均匀
  • 2.然后将花生油加入1中,搅拌均匀
  • 3.再加入低筋粉,充分搅拌成软滑面团状
  • 4.将做好的面团用保鲜膜包好,放置2小时后使用
  • 5.面糊过2小时后必须再加入少许的低筋粉拌匀
  • 6.将5分割成35一个,再将豆沙分割成90g一个
  • 7.将豆沙馅包入饼皮
  • 8.用模具将7压印成型
  • 9.将8摆入烤盘内
  • 10.入炉以上下火230/200℃约烤6分钟定型,然后刷上蛋黄液
  • 11.再将10入炉烤6分钟左右,出炉后刷上光亮剂即可
