武汉的小吃众多,最喜欢的除了豆皮就是各种面窝了,有那种最普通的面窝,还有苕(红薯)面窝,藕面窝,虽然说油炸的不能经常吃,每次看到都想买来吃,尤其是苕面窝,两块钱一个虽说不贵,但是那一锅油不知道炸了多少次了,想想还是自己炸着吃,这不为了吃到面窝,买了炸面窝勺子,正好家里买了红薯,说炸就炸,一出锅就干掉了一个。

  • 1.准备好原料,红薯洗净去皮切小块,洋葱切末,生姜切末。
  • 2.这就是炸面窝的勺子,中间鼓起,背后形成一个小窝装,所以炸好的东西都叫窝,红薯(苕)面窝,藕面窝,还有原味面窝就是只有黄豆和一定比例的大米泡好磨成浆和面粉、水调料配好的面糊放入勺子中炸熟的面窝。
  • 3.红薯块中放入洋葱末,生姜末。
  • 4.、放入胡椒粉,十三香,盐。
  • 5.放入面粉。
  • 6.加水调成偏干的红薯面糊。
  • 7.铁锅烧热放油。
  • 8.大概5、6成热的时候把面窝勺子放入油锅中预热。
  • 9.预热好的勺子取出,放入适量红薯面糊铺满勺子,放入油锅中炸。
  • 10.红薯面窝定型后就可以从勺子中脱离出来,继续炸下一个,直到把红薯面糊炸完 这点红薯面糊炸了7个红薯面窝。
  • 11.炸好的面窝捞出用吸油纸吸取多余油分就可以享用了。
