冰镇芥辣花螺
花螺在广东俗称“花螺”、“东风螺”、“海猪螺”和“南风螺”。其肉质鲜美、酥脆爽口,是国内外市场近年十分畅销的优质海产贝类。分布于我国东、南沿海,东南亚及日本也有分布。螺肉含有丰富的维生素A、蛋白质、铁和钙,对目赤、黄疸、脚气、痔疮等疾病有食疗作用。

  • 酱油10ml
  • 白醋20ml
  • 小米辣100g

Steps to make 冰镇芥辣花螺

  • 1.准备花螺500g洗净,用铁刷刷去表面的分泌物。
  • 2.清洗干净后锅中加水,加入大片姜片和拍扁的大蒜,加入两勺盐烧开煮沸,花螺煮熟后捞出。
  • 3.花螺捞出后放入冷水中冷却备用。
  • 4.洋葱,小米椒,姜末和蒜末切碎切块备用。
  • 5.准备一个保鲜盒,倒入20ml白醋,20ml料酒,10ml的酱油和100g的小米辣(主要是要里面的汁水)拌匀,加入适量芥末,根据个人口味调味。
  • 6.加入两勺泰式甜辣酱搅匀,加入适量盐。
  • 7.切好的香料倒入调好的汁中拌匀。
  • 8.煮好的花螺倒入汁中,加入适量清水至末过花螺,尝尝味道,差不多咸即可。
  • 9.盖上保鲜盖倒入冰镇冷藏,要吃的时候可以加入冰块,口感层次更丰富,又辣又冰,酸爽无比。此保鲜方法可以冷藏1-3天,是很不错的零嘴跟下酒菜哦。
