Steps to make 腐竹白果勺蛋糖水

  • 1.白果去壳和薄膜,然后洗干净,加少许白糖用微波炉叮化,然后放冰箱腌制过夜。腐竹用水泡开。
  • 2.勺子抹上清油,把鹌鹑蛋打进去,放一颗泡开的枸杞蒸熟。
  • 3.然后把蒸熟的鹌鹑蛋取下来备用。
  • 4.腐竹切小段和白果放锅里加适量水大火煲开,然后转中小火煲到腐竹软软烂烂的,加适量冰糖煲化,再把勺蛋放进去滚开就可以关火了。
