八宝饭
每年过年,初一初二总是少不了八宝饭。八宝饭味道香甜,寓意着八方来宝,所以无论是在家吃饭还是酒店聚餐,这个八宝饭是必上的一道甜食。我家因老人不能吃酒店的饭,初一的年饭就是在家做,我也施展一下厨艺,亲自做八宝饭给家人吃。反应不错哦,稍加改良的八宝饭,味道很好哩。

Steps to make 八宝饭

  • 1.糯米提前一天用水泡上,水要多一些,免得米泡涨了以后水不够
  • 2.把米中的水倒掉(不要滗出全部的水,适当留一点),米铺在屉布上蒸40分钟
  • 3.蒸好的米趁热加入糖和黄油拌均匀。
  • 4.莲子提前泡发
  • 5.红枣切掉两头,去掉枣核,把莲子塞入枣里
  • 6.同时备好蔓越莓干。葡萄干、山楂糕和菠萝蜜饯。山楂糕好菠萝蜜饯都是我自己做的,放心吃啦
  • 7.取一个大小合适的碗,刷一层油,然后底部摆上红枣、葡萄干和蔓越莓
  • 8.,然后在上面铺一层米饭。米饭上面,周边摆上塞了莲子的枣,然后铺上菠萝蜜饯,中间放上山楂糕丁
  • 9.再盖上一层米饭,米饭上把切剩下的枣都摆上
  • 10.然后再压一层米饭。上笼再蒸20分钟
  • 11.用橙子片围边,八宝饭倒扣到上面即可上桌
