章鱼小丸子是很受欢迎的小零食,只是买到的里面包裹的章鱼太少了,总还是自己放料才满足,一口吃掉章鱼和洋葱,酥脆的外壳,夏天配上酸梅汁和空调房,想想都很爽呢

  • 泡打粉3g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 纯净水300ml
  • 洋葱1个
  • 鱿鱼1只

Steps to make 章鱼小丸子

  • 1.准备好所有的食材
  • 2.将低筋面粉、淀粉、泡打粉、鸡蛋和纯净水混合,搅拌均匀。调成均匀的面糊,静置1个小时
  • 3.洋葱切成颗粒状
  • 4.用烧开的水将鱿鱼烫熟,捞出后切成小块
  • 5.小丸子锅加热刷油,将面糊倒入每个洞中至七分满左右,逐个放入鱿鱼和洋葱,后将剩余面糊全部倒入
  • 6.待稍微凝结后用竹签慢慢滚圆至金黄。装盘,撒上柴鱼片和番茄酱即可
