【烘焙之路】曲奇饼干
非常幸运参加了烘焙15个活动,我是零基础烘焙小白,参考了各位前辈们的方子(此方子参考阿大亲,十分感谢),摸索着前进,老话讲“看花容易绣花难”呀,自己精心做出来的,果然是只有味道能过关,继续努力。

  • 糖粉40g
  • 鸡蛋半个

Steps to make 【烘焙之路】曲奇饼干

  • 1.原料准备
  • 2.黄油至室温软化,加入糖粉搅打均匀
  • 3.加入鸡蛋液,打蛋器低速搅打均匀,至完全混合
  • 4.加入过筛的面粉
  • 5.用刮刀轻轻搅拌
  • 6.装入裱花袋
  • 7.挤在烤盘中,这绝对是技术活,真的好难,勉强看的过去吧
  • 8.烤箱上下火 预热5分钟
  • 9.放入烤箱,中层上下火180°15分钟左右,第一次做曲奇火候有一点大,继续与烤箱磨合
  • 10.冷却后食用,口味更佳
