黑芝麻全蛋蛋糕
好久没做全蛋蛋糕了,究其原因主要是打发鸡蛋比较费事,而且还要隔温水打发,相比之下戚风蛋糕比较好做,可是又不太喜欢那绵软的口感,想吃只好自己做了。嘿嘿!

  • 橄榄油40g
  • 白砂糖50g
  • 鸡蛋4个

Steps to make 黑芝麻全蛋蛋糕

  • 1.4个鸡蛋打在无水无油干净的盆里
  • 2.分三次加糖
  • 3.隔温水用电动打蛋器将蛋液打发至画纹路不会立即消失
  • 4.倒入橄榄油拌匀
  • 5.晒入蛋糕粉
  • 6.上下切拌翻拌均匀(有点消泡了不知为何)
  • 7.撒黑芝麻拌匀
  • 8.倒入铺了油纸的烤盘里
  • 9.预热烤箱150度烤60分钟烤熟即可
  • 10.取出倒烤网上晾凉
