橙汁玉子豆腐

Steps to make 橙汁玉子豆腐

  • 1.食材。
  • 2.玉子豆腐先在中间切开,一边再切一点空气通过就能轻易取岀,一条切成6~8份。
  • 3.切好的玉子豆腐蘸上生粉。
  • 4.在盘中放上纸把蘸上生粉的玉子豆腐放到上面。
  • 5.油温在100度左右下锅炸,先中大火炸。
  • 6.全部下锅好了就可以转中小火慢慢炸。
  • 7.这时我们就可以做酸甜汁,取锅加水烧开再加入适量浓缩橙汁。
  • 8.煮开调入白糖,糖煮融后再加入白醋,最后用中小火慢慢加入生粉水勾芡。
  • 9.浓度这样就可以关火待用。
  • 10.玉子豆腐炸至外表酥脆时就转大火升高油温稍炸一下即可捞岀,我这里炸了8分钟。
  • 11.高温后再捞岀表面没油比较干脆。
  • 12.玉子豆腐沥一下油就装盘中。
  • 13.淋上酸甜橙汁就可以。
