Steps to make 夹心饼干

  • 1.准备好材料,黄油室温软化 。
  • 2.软化好的黄油里倒入糖粉、盐。
  • 3.用打蛋器打发。
  • 4.打发至膨胀发白。
  • 5.把泡打粉和低粉混合后筛入黄油中。
  • 6. 加入牛奶。
  • 7.混合成面团。
  • 8.擀成面片放入冰箱冷藏室松弛30分钟 。
  • 9.用Hello Kitty饼干外模压出轮廓
  • 10.再用内模压出卡通图案,多余的面依次做出饼干形状。
  • 11.烤箱预热170度,放在烤箱中层,上下火烘烤约15分钟至饼干上色,断电后不要取出来,继续焖5分钟即可。
  • 12.烤好的饼干在一片上抹上丘比沙拉酱,然后盖上另一片饼干。夹心饼干就做好了。
