草莓千层蛋糕
第一次发菜谱,刚才竟然没发成功,只好重新编辑。千层蛋糕风靡朋友圈,特别是空运榴莲千层蛋糕,据说好卖到断货,但是我没买过,所以也就不知道有多好吃,咱自己做的用的奶油是铁塔的,不知道人家用的是哪种。网上很多千层蛋糕的做法,今天我就分享给大家我自己的做法,失败率为零。喜欢千层蛋糕的不妨在家自己动手

  • 牛奶400克
  • 70克
  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 黄油25克
  • 草莓700克
  • 动物奶油500克
  • 打发奶油用白糖55克

  • 1.鸡蛋加糖打散
  • 2.加牛奶
  • 3.筛入低粉和淀粉
  • 4.静置二十分钟后过筛,加入融化好的黄油
  • 5.八寸不沾锅,小火煎到有气泡,用铁丝或牙签转一圈,倒扣
  • 6.晾凉
  • 7.草莓一切块
  • 8.铺上班戟皮
  • 9.奶油打发,涂抹
  • 10.涂匀
  • 11.再铺层班戟,涂奶油,放草莓
  • 12.一层层知道铺满
  • 13.准备倒扣
  • 14.冰箱冷藏半小时以上就可以来吃啦动物奶油
