肉松面包卷
第一次做的时候没成功,面粉不给力,稍一烤就干,肉松卷改肉松排了。这次终于没有白忙活。不过,学无止境啊,下次再做的话,得向“飞天猫”学习了,连肉松都自制,牛人!

  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 白糖30克
  • 鲜奶油约20克
  • 酵母3克
  • 1克

Steps to make 肉松面包卷

  • 1.将所有原料倒进面包机中,先后进行了两次活面
  • 2.室温发酵约3个小时。因为有做蛋糕剩下的鲜奶油,所以没再加黄油。
  • 3.烤盘中铺锡纸
  • 4.将面团在锡纸上用手一点点压平
  • 5.进行二次发酵,室温约一个多小时
  • 6.准备蛋液、白芝麻、蒜苗末,一般是用小香葱,家里没有这个了,就从发了芽儿的蒜头上,揪下了蒜苗尖,
  • 7.刷蛋液,洒上白芝麻、蒜苗末
  • 8.烤箱提前预热几分钟,将烤盘置中层,上下各150度,开热风,烤15分钟。如拿出后顶部上色不明显,或底层未熟透,就再烤5分钟左右。
  • 9.取出倒扣,撕掉锡纸,凉后,将底部朝上,放在油纸上,用刀顺着卷的方向轻划数刀,不要割断
  • 10.挤上原味沙拉酱,抹匀
  • 11.再抹一层肉松
  • 12.将面片顺着割刀的方向(长边)慢慢卷起,油纸尽量裹紧
  • 13.完全卷好后,油纸两头收口,面包卷不会弹开
  • 14.也可以在外面再裹一层保鲜膜,这样更结实些
  • 15.2、3个小时后打开,基本成型
  • 16.用刀切去两头,分成多段
  • 17.两头抹上沙拉酱
  • 18.盘中铺上肉松,蘸满
  • 19.另一头也如此这般
  • 20.肉松面包卷做好了
  • 21.别看只放了一点点蒜苗,烤过之后,香气相当浓郁呢
  • 22.如不马上吃的话,可以用保鲜膜包好,这两个是带给老爸老妈滴,难得他们两人这个春天都在北京。
