    Steps to make 烤平鱼

    • 1.鱼冼净控干水
    • 2.调料1
    • 3.调料2,蚝油和孜然就不拍了~~
    • 4.表面切花刀以入味
    • 5.将调料均匀的抺在鱼身上腌制1小时以上
    • 6.抺匀腌渍1小时以上
    • 7.用锡纸包好
    • 8.烤箱220度预热,将鱼送入烤箱烤制(这条鱼中等大小,我用了不到35分钟)
    • 9.用隔热手套取出鱼,撒上孜然粒再进烤箱烤2~3分钟即可
    • 10.肉质细嫩鲜美~~
