干果汤圆做法简单,但绝对要比外面卖的要好吃得多这是元宵节 做的汤圆由于,由于那天天气不好,一直都没有拍照,也没发日记。今天天气特好,出太阳了,所以趁着这么好的机会拍了几张照片发下日记

    Steps to make 干果汤圆

    • 1.首先将核桃仁切碎
    • 2.将腰果和喀什巴丹木切丁一起装入碗中
    • 3.准备的材料如图桂花加入糖放点开水泡下
    • 4.将所有材料倒入碗中
    • 5.慢慢加入温水
    • 6.搅拌均匀
    • 7.菜板上抹上面粉,将馅料搓成长条压成1厘米厚度,如图
    • 8.切成均匀的小剂子
    • 9.碗中倒入面粉和成面团
    • 10.菜板上撒上面粉,取出适量的面团搓成长条,切成均匀的小剂子
    • 11.将小剂子轻轻搓圆压扁后放入馅料包裹好搓圆
    • 12.如图
    • 13.锅中加入足量水煮开下入汤圆,煮到汤圆浮起来即可
