德普烤箱食谱—南瓜蜂蜜土司

  • 南瓜肉129g
  • 老面团160g
  • 鸡蛋50g
  • 牛奶64g
  • 黄油45g
  • 5g
  • 酵母8g
  • 蜂蜜16g

Steps to make 德普烤箱食谱—南瓜蜂蜜土司

  • 1.原料合影
  • 2.将南刮去皮切成薄片;
  • 3.放入德普蒸箱中选择蔬菜模式蒸25min左右至南瓜熟软,置凉备用;也可以用蒸锅。
  • 4.将高筋面粉、细糖、酵母、倒至搅拌器皿中,混合均匀;
  • 5.依次放入南瓜肉、鸡蛋、牛奶、蜂蜜混合均匀;
  • 6.加入老面,改为快速搅打至面团表面光滑且能拉出粗糙的薄膜;
  • 7.停下机器,加入黄油和盐,中速搅拌;
  • 8.直到面团表面光滑细腻,能拉出透明的薄膜即可;
  • 9.取出面团,放置操作台上,揉圆松弛15min;
  • 10.分割为150g一个的小面团,揉圆醒发至1倍大;
  • 11.擀开两次卷起,三个一组放入450g的土司模具中;
  • 12.将土司模具放入德普烤箱内烤网上,最低部放一盆热水,关上烤箱门,发酵40min,至8分满;取出,晾干水分,盖上吐司盖;
  • 13.德普烤箱快热档165度烤制30min即可;
