  • 1.桃胶10g,雪燕3g,皂角米3g泡发,天热要放冰箱
  • 2.挑出雪燕杂质。
  • 3.泡好的皂角米。
  • 4.桃胶比较硬,泡的时间要长些,杂质也比较多,一定要多漂洗几遍。。
  • 5.红枣去核切圈。
  • 6.锅中放入1200g水,先下红枣和桃胶煮15分钟,再下入皂角米煮5分钟,最后下入雪燕冰糖煮开就好。
  • 7.热饮、凉食均可。
