日式可乐饼,并不是在饼里加了可乐,它源自于法国,名字只是它的音译。再由日本流传出去的点心。

  • 1.洋葱切碎,猪肉切末,放入碗中,猪肉末放肉盐和酱腌制。土豆去皮切成块,放入蒸锅里隔水蒸熟。

  • 3.把面粉,面包糠分别放入盘中,鸡蛋也打散放入中碗里。
  • 4.土豆泥与肉末用手抓成团子,有些软烂,如不好抓就放些淀粉可以。
