呵呵,为什么叫萌爪饼干呢,是因为我做的这个印既不是熊掌也不是猫爪。春节时带女儿看《熊出没之雪岭熊风》,看到可爱的白熊脚印时突然想到要做一款这样的美食,于是回来做了这款饼干,话说我真是个粗心的人,饼干上前面做了3个小指头,女儿吃的时候问:“妈妈,这是什么脚印啊”?"熊掌啊“,我毫不犹豫的说."可是熊掌还差一个脚指头哎”?我:“……”赶紧度娘去,结果真的是,我想改猫爪,又一查,猫前面也是4个小指头……几十年来我都没注意过这个细节,居然犯下这样的错误,感叹小朋友的观察力!宝贝,谢谢你的纠正。既然不是熊掌也不是猫爪,也无法证明它是哪种动物的脚印,那就叫萌爪吧!

  • 细砂糖45克
  • 蛋液40克
  • 可可粉10克
  • 泡打粉2克

Steps to make 萌爪饼干

  • 1.黄油室温软化。
  • 2.加入细砂糖打至颜色发白呈蓬松状态。
  • 3.分3次加入蛋液,每次都充分吸收后再加。
  • 4.筛入低粉和泡打粉。
  • 5.用刮刀拌成团,包上保鲜膜,放冰箱冷藏1小时,这种天的话半小时可以了。
  • 6.取1/3的面团揉10克可可粉进去揉匀。
  • 7.取出后用手轻轻按扁面团,上面盖一层油纸或者保鲜膜,用擀面杖擀成3mm左右的薄片。
  • 8.用模具压成圆形。
  • 9.可可面团擀薄。
  • 10.用大小不同的笔筒压出小圆。
  • 11.在无色面团上分别放上小印子。
  • 12.烤箱预预热,170度烤12分钟左右,表面微黄即可。
  • 13.出炉冷却后食用。
